When your office goes dark, your calls don't.

UvoiceCloud lives in data centers, not in your closet. If your office loses internet or power, calls are sent where you choose: cell phones, another office, or voicemail with a message.

Automatic rerouting

If your phones go offline, calls go to the backup you picked, without anyone touching anything.

Phones on your cell

With the ConnectUC app, people take business calls on their cell with the business caller ID.

Storm and closure plans

One change sends every call to a message or another number, for snow days and storms.

A plan written down

We sit down with you and write what happens to your calls if something fails.

What you can count on

  • Built for 99.999% uptime, in SOC 2 compliant data centers

  • Changes made by us in minutes when you call

Questions

What happens if our internet goes down?

Calls follow the backup plan we set up with you: usually cell phones or another office, then voicemail.

Do we need a second internet line?

Not required, but for busy offices a backup internet connection is a good idea. We'll talk it through with your IT company.
